If your unit is faulty or needs repair and is still under the Standard One Year Warranty, all you have to do is fill out the Warranty Claim form below (bottom right corner) and we will get back to you with more information. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to get back to you due to time zone difference.
Alternatively, you can drop or send the machine off to us with a proof of purchase and we’ll get the unit repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
Please note that you will need to provide a proof of purchase for us to be able to replace or repair your unit under warranty. To check if your product fault is covered by our Standard One Year Warranty, please check the Product Warranty Statement here.
