Shipping & Returns
Any representations made about stock availabilities are accurate to the last known stock level and are subject to change. If we cannot supply a particular product, we will notify you by telephone or email as soon as possible and advise of any delays.
If you have any query about the progress of your order please contact customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your Order number handy as shown on the email confirmation.
There are strictly no refunds in the case you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply chosen a different product elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any proposed orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
iCoolsport delivers almost anywhere in the world at present time. iCoolsport uses DHL Express to deliver products worldwide but reserves the right to use other carriers in its absolute discretion. All freight charges are calculated using our automatic freight calculator on the website.
Orders placed in Australia or goods shipped to an Australian residence are subject to the Australian GST.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay customs duties & tax that may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country.
iCoolsport will use reasonable endeavours to arrange dispatch of the product within 7-14 working days of the order confirmation. Delivery times are set out by the chosen freight company and can vary between 7-14 business days. The expected delivery times are estimates only and are not the responsibility of iCoolsport. iCoolsport will not be liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer if the product is not delivered within the timeframes set out above.
We are unable to guarantee the accuracy of estimated time and date of delivery as we are reliant on the third party carrier to provide it to us and we will not accept any responsibility or liability for loss, delays, inconvenience or other damage caused by inaccurate information provided by us about estimated delivery times and dates.

Risk and Title
Risk and title in the product will pass to you when the product leaves our warehouse or store with the DHL Express carrier or another nominated carrier acting as the customer’s agent.
iCool (Australia) Pty Ltd checks each product thoroughly before it leaves our warehouse or store and we keep a digital record of the condition of the product prior to dispatch. iCoolsport will not take any responsibility for damage, loss or other event which may occur after the item leaves our warehouse or store.
iCoolsport accepts no responsibility for any claims, losses, damage arising out of or additional costs incurred due to delivery not being effected as a result.
You accept all responsibility for missing, lost or damaged products left by the carrier.
If any product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you may have legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other rights under other consumer laws applying in each Australian State and Territory; and/or to have the product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price paid by you for the product.
Due to the made to order nature of our products, we do not offer exchange or refund in any circumstances unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer’s warranties or consumer guarantees, or where otherwise required by law (‘warranty returns’). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, or to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We recommend you retain your receipt as we may require proof of purchase. For all warranty returns, please contact us directly and we will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available.
If your Order arrives damaged, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hours of the receipt of your order. After that time, transport damage claims may not be accepted.
You may wish to add transport insurance to your order. Contact email@example.com if you wish to do so. All claims must be made directly to the freight carrier.
Cancellations where a deposit has been received
In certain cases, iCoolsport may agree to receive an initial deposit from you to secure the production of your order. By paying a deposit, you guarantee your performance of the contract for the sale and supply of our product. For this reason, deposits are 100% non-refundable in the event that you want to cancel your order, for whatever reason.
Full payment is required before dispatch of the order. Items remain the property of iCoolsport until paid in full.
