Have been using my iCool for nearly a year now & it is as advertised! A great solution for bringing cold thermogenesis to my small flat. Along with that, customer support from the iCool team has been tremendous – from helping with my initial questions around optimizing use of the iCool to working through an issue with my touch screen, the follow-on support has been there form me as a remote (in Singapore) user.
