Warranty Repair & Replacement
If you wish to obtain an iCool-certified repair, all you have to do is fill the form above and wait for an iCool technician to contact you. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to get back to you due to time zone difference. Please note: proof of purchase must be attached to the form to be considered a warranty claim. If no proof of purchase is attached, claim will be treated as a non-warranty enquiry.
Where iCool determines that the fault falls under the iCool Warranty Terms & Conditions, iCool will be responsible for the cost of land transport or sea transport so long as that transport is arranged by or approved by iCool. If the owner directs iCool to use airfreight or express courier services, then the cost of transport will be the responsibility of the owner.
If the fault is not covered under warranty, iCool will still offer the same services as outlined above but repair fees may apply and transport cost will be the responsibility of the owner.
How long will my repair take and how much will it cost ?
We always do our best to offer same-day service however if our technicians need more time, you’ll be notified.
Upon receipt of the product and examination from one of our technicians, a Repair or Replacement Cost Estimate will be sent to you via email. The amount quoted may not be applicable if the fault is covered by the iCool Standard One-Year warranty. For out-of-warranty repairs, return shipping cost will also be added to your Repair Quote. It is entirely up to you if you wish to go ahead with the quote or not.
In the event that a repair is not available, a replacement option may be offered as well as a trade-in discount for eligible products. For more information on iCool Trade In, please fill the form above and specify “iCool Trade In” in the description of your issue.
iCoolsport does not have service agents and can only offer repairs at our Head Quarters in Australia however most of the times a local repair company can service your product if needed.
The fastest and easiest way to get your product repaired is to contact your local repair company (electrician, refrigeration technician or plumber depending on your fault). They will be able to physically inspect your product and be able to assess the origin of the problem. If they require any particular spare parts for the repair, all they have to do is contact us and we will provide or sell the parts (stock permitting) and provide any guidance if needed.
