iCool Keeps it Frosty at Trinity Throwdown
iCoolsport recently had the pleasure of joining some of Australia’s best functional fitness athletes for a celebration of strength, speed, and fun at the third annual Trinity Throwdown.
As teams lifted and sprinted their way to glory, we were on hand with our world famous inflatable ice baths to provide much-needed relaxation and recovery for the competitors.
With water temperatures ranging between sub 15 degrees celsius and sub 7 degrees celsius, there was something for both newcomers and seasoned veterans alike. After taking the plunge, participants said they felt brand new and ready for the next challenge.
In the video below you can see the muscle soreness melt away and the smiles appear as they brave the cold.
